You can easily spend a whole morning or afternoon exploring the trails, kayaking on the bayou, or visiting the living history farm. Kids especially love seeing the bison and various bird species, and it’s a great spot for birdwatching if you're into that. Weekends can get a bit busy, especially around midday, so aim for a weekday morning if you prefer a quieter experience. There's ample parking, and it's well-maintained, making it an easy outing for families, solo explorers, or even a peaceful date.
