How do I claim a business?+

Find your business on TownHop, tap "Claim this business" on the listing, and verify ownership. Once claimed, you can edit details, post deals and events, and respond to reviews from your owner portal.

How do I report incorrect business information?+

Open the business page and use the "Suggest an edit" link in the Details section. Our team reviews suggested edits and applies verified corrections. If a business is closed, please tell us so we can flag it.

How do I add a review, photo, or video?+

Find a place on TownHop and tap "Write a review" on the business page. You can rate dimensions like food, service, and vibe, attach photos, and post short video reviews. You earn loyalty points for contributing.

How do I post a deal or event?+

Claim your business listing first. From your owner portal you can post deals (happy hours, specials, weekly offers) and events (live music, tastings, classes). Both surface in Discover, place pages, and planning flows.

How does TownHop build trip plans?+

HopPlan combines your vibe, city, time, and preferences with TownHop's real-time business data and AI to generate personalized stops. You can edit, save, share, and open the full itinerary in the planner.

How do I delete my account or request my data?+

Go to /privacy and use the data request flow. We support full account deletion and data export. Requests are processed within 30 days.
