You've probably heard of Bird Bird Biscuit, that spot with the perpetually long line on Manor. It's a breakfast and lunch joint, famous for its biscuits, obviously, but also its coffee and unique biscuit sandwiches. They don't have indoor seating, it's all outside on picnic tables, which gives it a really laid-back, neighborhood feel. Weekends are always packed, but if you go on a weekday morning, you can usually snag a table pretty easily. Definitely try "The Queen" – it's got a fried chicken thigh, pickled green tomatoes, and honey butter, and it's fantastic. Parking can be a bit tricky right on Manor, so look for street parking on the residential side streets nearby. It's a great place to meet a friend for a casual breakfast or grab a quick, delicious bite solo.
