The Vibe
You've got to hit up BoBeQs Food Truck while you're in town. It's a solid 5-star spot, and for good reason โ their brisket is legendary, smoky and tender, definitely get it with a side of their creamy mac and cheese. They're usually parked off Broadway, and while it's a food truck, they've set up a nice little outdoor seating area with picnic tables and string lights, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or even a casual date night. It gets pretty busy around dinner, especially on weekends, so aim for a slightly earlier lunch or a late afternoon visit if you want to avoid the longest lines. Parking can be a bit tricky in that area, but there's usually street parking a block or two away. Trust me, the wait and the walk are worth it for that barbecue.
