Alright, so you’re looking for some authentic Austin tacos, and "Cuantos Tacos" is definitely the spot. It's a no-frills food truck on East 12th, known for its incredible Mexico City-style suadero tacos. Seriously, the slow-cooked brisket is unreal, and you'll want to order at least three, maybe four, with everything on them. They do have some picnic tables for outdoor seating, which is perfect for a sunny day, but be prepared for a line, especially around lunchtime and on weekends. It's not a fancy sit-down place, more of a grab-and-go with some casual space, and while it's not dirt cheap, the quality absolutely justifies the price point. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street, so walking or ride-sharing is often easiest.
