You absolutely have to check out Flora Coffee & Culture on South Congress. It's a charming spot, perfect for a relaxed morning or afternoon, and definitely won't break the bank. They really lean into the "culture" aspect with a carefully curated selection of books and art that gives the whole place a really unique, thoughtful vibe. Their lavender latte is consistently excellent, and the breakfast tacos are a surprisingly solid choice for a coffee shop. It gets pretty busy, especially on weekends, but the line moves quickly and the outdoor patio is a lovely place to wait, if you can snag a spot. Parking can be a bit tricky right on Congress, so I usually aim for a side street. It’s a great place to meet a friend or just chill with a book.
