The Vibe
You absolutely have to check out Fortunata Winery next time you're in Providence Village. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but the experience is worth every penny, easily a five-star spot. They're renowned for their Italian varietals, particularly their rich Sangiovese and crisp Pinot Grigio, often accompanied by small plates like their delectable charcuterie boards and house-made focaccia. The ambiance is rustic Tuscan elegance, with warm lighting, exposed beams, and a sprawling patio overlooking their vineyards – it’s perfect for a romantic date night or a sophisticated evening with friends. Weekends can get quite busy, especially around sunset, so I’d recommend making a reservation well in advance, or try going on a weekday afternoon for a more relaxed tasting. Parking is usually manageable in their dedicated lot, but it fills up quickly during peak hours. Don't leave without trying their flight of reserves; it’s truly a standout.
