The Vibe

You should definitely check out Haas Innovations Brewing when you're in Yakima. It's a newer spot, tucked away a bit off the main drag, but worth finding for their unique takes on traditional styles. They've got a really relaxed, industrial-chic vibe inside, lots of exposed brick and big windows, which is perfect for an afternoon pint. Their IPAs are consistently solid, but I'd really recommend trying whatever seasonal sour they have on tap; they do some interesting fruit infusions that are always a hit. It tends to get a good crowd on weekend evenings, mostly locals unwinding, but during the week it's pretty mellow and a great place to just hang out with a few friends. Parking is usually easy in their dedicated lot right out front.
