You're going to love Jones Hall; it's definitely a five-star experience in the Theater District. The Brutalist architecture from the outside is impressive, but it's the interior that really shines, particularly the Grand Foyer with its soaring ceilings and the impressive staircase leading up to the balcony levels. Most people arrive a bit early to soak in that atmosphere before the show, maybe grab a pre-performance drink from one of the lobby bars. It's home to the Houston Symphony and also hosts Broadway productions and various touring acts, so the acoustics are top-notch no matter where you're seated. Parking can be a bit tricky right around showtime, so consider the underground Theater District Garage for convenience, or even better, take the METRORail to the Theater District stop and enjoy a short walk. It’s a fantastic spot for a sophisticated date night or a special evening out with friends.
