They’re known for their Gulf Coast seafood with a French influence, and honestly, the pan-seared scallops are legendary – perfectly caramelized and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Expect a sophisticated, well-dressed crowd, and make reservations well in advance, especially for weekend dinners, as it fills up fast. Valet parking is available, which is a blessing in that part of town, and I always recommend asking for a table near the fountain outside if the weather's nice.
