It's definitely a splurge, but absolutely worth it for a five-star experience, especially for their legendary croissants; the almond is my personal favorite. You'll find Leila bustling most mornings, particularly on weekends, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, though it moves steadily. The interior is charming, with a bright, airy feel and a few small tables perfect for a relaxed solo visit or a quiet catch-up with a friend. Parking can be a bit tight right out front, but there’s usually street parking available a block or two away. Beyond the pastries, their quiches and coffee are excellent too, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast or a mid-morning coffee break.
