You gotta check out Neil's Bahr if you're looking for a low-key night out. It's a total Houston institution, really. They've got this great, spacious outdoor patio that's perfect for hanging out with friends, especially when the weather's nice. Inside, it's pretty dark and decked out with all sorts of vintage arcade games and comic book art, giving it a cool, nostalgic vibe without being cheesy. Drinks are reasonably priced, and they often have food trucks parked outside, so you can grab a bite too. It can get pretty busy later in the evenings, especially on weekends, but it's usually easy to find a spot on the patio or at the bar. It’s a solid five-star spot for a casual, fun evening.
