Their Pad See Ew is legendary, with perfectly charred noodles and a rich, savory sauce, but don't sleep on the Panang Curry either; it's got just the right amount of spice and a creamy texture that's seriously addictive. It's a casual, lively vibe, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends, and the crowd is always friendly and appreciative of the fantastic food. Just be prepared to wait a bit, and maybe grab a beer from The Collective while you do.
