You absolutely have to try Primo's while you're here; it’s a local favorite, sitting pretty at 4.8 stars for good reason. It’s got this incredible courtyard patio, strung with lights, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed dinner, especially if the weather's nice. They’re known for their elevated Tex-Mex, but don't skip the short rib enchiladas – they’re ridiculously tender. The margaritas are also top-notch, always a good call. It can get pretty busy, especially on weekends around 7 pm, so try to go a bit earlier or make a reservation if you can, otherwise, be prepared for a bit of a wait, but it’s always worth it.
