You've probably seen R&B's Steak and Fries, that bright red food truck on South Congress with the perpetually long line. Don't let the "fast food" label fool you; this is a gourmet experience, definitely on the pricier side for a truck, but worth every penny. Their signature item is the wagyu steak frites, perfectly seared and served with a mountain of crispy, seasoned fries – truly a five-star meal from a very casual spot. There's only outdoor seating, mostly picnic tables, so it's best to go when the weather's nice, and it gets packed around dinnertime. If you're going with a group, try to send someone ahead to snag a table while others wait in line, because finding a spot can be tough. Parking is street-only and notoriously difficult in that area.
