You'll want to check out Rose Café, it's definitely a Dallas staple and one of my favorite spots, especially if you're looking to splurge a bit. The outdoor patio is where it's at; strung with lights and tucked away from the street, it feels like a secret garden, perfect for a romantic evening or a special occasion with friends. They're known for their elevated American cuisine with a Southern twist – the pan-seared scallops are consistently flawless, and their craft cocktails are top-notch. Expect a stylish crowd, often celebrating something, and while reservations are a must for dinner, particularly on weekends, their brunch is also fantastic and sometimes a bit easier to snag a table without a long wait. Parking can be a bit tight, so consider a ride-share if you're going during peak hours.
