You have to check out Simona's Coffee + Cocktails, especially if you're looking for a relaxed spot with great vibes. It's a fantastic cafe on South Congress, known for its incredible outdoor patio which is perfect for a sunny Austin afternoon or a breezy evening. They do a fantastic job blending the coffee shop feel with a chic cocktail bar, so it's excellent for anything from a morning latte to a sophisticated happy hour. I always go for their lavender cold brew in the mornings, or later in the day, their espresso martini is a standout. Expect a lively but not overwhelming crowd, and while it leans a bit pricier, the quality and atmosphere make it completely worth it. Parking can be a bit tricky on Congress, so consider ridesharing or finding a spot a block or two off the main drag.
