The Vibe
Alright, so you're thinking about hitting up Spindletap? Good call. It's a solid spot, definitely one of my top picks for breweries around here. They're really known for their IPAs, especially something like their Houston Haze or the Juiceton; those are always fresh and usually on tap. You'll find a pretty laid-back, industrial vibe inside, lots of concrete and exposed pipes, but it feels more cozy than cold, especially with the crowd. It gets busy, especially weekend afternoons, so if you're looking for a quieter experience, try a weekday evening. They do have a decent food truck rotation out front if you get hungry, but most people are there for the beer and the atmosphere. Parking can be a bit tight when it's packed, so be prepared to loop around a bit.
