The atmosphere is pretty casual, often bustling with families and groups catching up, and the patio is a nice option when the weather's good. Expect a lively crowd, a bit of a wait during peak hours, but their online ordering system is a lifesaver if you want to skip the line. Just be sure to find parking in the larger lot behind the building; the front fills up fast.
