You should really check out Veteran's Memorial Park if you're in Cedar Park, especially with a dog. It's a sprawling, well-maintained space that truly lives up to its name, with a prominent memorial plaza honoring veterans, complete with a beautiful fountain and a respectful, quiet atmosphere. Beyond that central point, you'll find plenty of open grassy areas perfect for tossing a ball with your furry friend, and the paved walking paths wind through shaded sections making it a comfortable stroll even on warmer days. There’s a nice playground area for kids too, so it's a good spot for families, and you'll often see people picnicking or just relaxing on the benches. Parking is ample and usually not an issue, even on busier weekend afternoons.
